From Beauty Queen to Strong Leader

Erika Kirk was born on November 20, 1988, in Ohio, USA. Her full name is Erika Lane Frantzve. After her parents divorced, she moved with her family and grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona. From a young age, she was active in sports and played basketball and volleyball during high school. She was known for being disciplined, competitive, and hardworking. She later studied political science and international relations at Arizona State University and also continued legal studies at Liberty University. She even played college basketball for a period at Regis University in Denver.

In 2012, Erika became widely known after winning the title of Miss Arizona USA on her 23rd birthday. This was a big moment in her life because it opened many doors for her career. After winning, she represented Arizona in the national Miss USA 2012 competition. Although she did not win the national title, she gained attention and respect for her confidence, intelligence, and public speaking skills.

Later, Erika expanded her career in many directions. She became a podcaster and launched the podcast “Midweek Rise Up,” where she talked about faith, motivation, leadership, and personal growth. She also created “BIBLEin365,” a project that encourages people to read the Bible throughout the year. In addition, she worked in real estate in New York City and became the CEO of her clothing brand, Proclaim365. She built a public image based on faith, business, and personal discipline.

In 2019, Erika began dating Charlie Kirk, the co-founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), a well-known conservative political organization in the United States. Their relationship attracted public attention, and they became engaged in December 2020. They married on May 8, 2021, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Together they had two children, a daughter born in 2022 and a son born in 2024.

A major turning point in her life happened in September 2025, when Charlie Kirk was assassinated during a public speaking event. His death shocked many people across the country. Erika gave an emotional public speech promising that his mission and voice would continue. After his death, she became the chairwoman and CEO of Turning Point USA, taking leadership of the organization and continuing his political and public work. This made her an even stronger public figure in American politics.
